This is a beautiful lepidolite with mica windows - truly amazing to look at.  Lepidolite is a lithium rich mica and is a great crystal to use for relieving stress, encouraging feelings of optimism, hope, calm, trust, and relaxation.  

It is used in grids and medicine bags for relieving anxiety, depression and mood swings.  It is said to help with dream recall and fending off nightmares.
